Everyone from every walk of life needs their daily gelatin...

The benefits are practically endless! Read about them here...

Look into it some more, you'd be shocked at how many processes and functions of the body can benefit from supplementation of gelatin.
I like to have mine right at the end of the day, as it truly aids in a restful sleep, and this is leagues beyond beneficial. Why? Because when we sleep, our bodies heal. That means that if the last thing you do before bed is have your gelatin, your body has all the building blocks it needs right when you fall asleep to start healing and fixing EVERYTHING.
The way I like to have my daily gelatin is as follows...
Get yourself a nice little glass cup that any cute dessert would belong right in.
Go to the fridge and take your favorite juice (I use grape) and fill the cup at least half way, but no more than 3/4 full.
Then add a heaping tablespoon of gelatin into the juice, stir it up, and let it sit for about 5 minutes... this process is called "blooming" and it's super important for improved texture.
The result will be an admittedly lumpy and liquidy form of jello, only you don't have to wait a million years for it to set!
Take that spoon and enjoy taking in your body's building blocks in the form of an absolutely delicious treat.
You're welcome! I love you!
