happened across an old space.com publication talking about the AIA and someone had done a high contrast inverted version of the 3 wavelength composite image. applied my process and it turned out to be a hit, as many of their published images do. makes me think they really do know about this. anywho, i figured out how they did it and how to apply it to my method.
