But something eerie washes over me, and I suddenly remember that every man I ever wanted to reproduce with...

I never wanted the man himself. I only wanted his babychildren.

So let me explain...

There have only been a few times this happened...

But when I like DESPERATELY wanted a man's children...

It was because he had TRAITS that I wanted my OFFSPRING to HAVE.

It wasn't because I really "loved" the man himself (although I did at least "like" them all)...

It was because he had specific traits, and I wanted those traits for my children.

For example, high resistance to heat and the ability to withstand undesirable climate conditions, with panache, furthermore.

Or, one other easy example is display of impressive intellect... thus, my whole "Genius Sperm" fetish.

Then there's the simple "good looks" trait where the man is incredibly good looking, and I want the chance for that trait in my offspring.

Sometimes, the desirable trait was a 'nomadic' lifestyle, the display of resilience in situations of uncertainty in survival.

There are all kinds of examples of desirable traits...

But my point is...

What if Elon's the same as me (and I would suspect MANY other people, hell, maybe the whole of humanity) and what if he wants Grimes' progeny because of HER TRAITS??

Because he wants those traits in his offspring??

What if THAT is the reason??
