Not to mention - him only just getting to PA - he wouldn't have any contacts for weed yet.
And I don't think he's the kind to just roll up on some stranger on the street and ask for drugs.
Even in his current mental/emotional state - he's gotta still know that's a bad move.
He's most definitely turned a corner though. A bad one.
