The Peace Dealer literally just sent out this newsletter a few minutes ago and touches on the exact point I just made above...

He refers to it as a 12 year cycle, so 2023 - 12 = 2011...
That was the year psychics ect. began discussing that they couldn't see past 2012, and that's when all the changes related to this cycle started taking place.
