7:10 yup, narcissists ALWAYS project. They call you a narcissist, a liar, etc., they call you all the things that they are, and they accuse you of doing all the things that THEY actually do TO you.
You see this with politicians a lot.

Are they doing it all KNOWINGLY? This is why I find narcissists to be, without question, the most scary and dangerous type of person. It is absolutely chilling. I believe that narcissistic abuse is the most dangerous form of abuse that one can receive, because it's so covert and can be veiled for so long. It causes so much damage to the psyche of the person who is being abused.
9:45 this is totally true, and this is why most narcissists cannot stand to be alone. Firstly, they NEED an energy source to feed on and drain life from. Secondly, when a narcissist is alone, they are terrified because their inner child is wounded from early life neglect and they're confronted with those unhealed wounds when they're alone. This is why if you try to get away from a narcissist for even a day, they will throw the biggest nightmarish childish tantrum you've ever seen, like a kid possessed with demons, only they're a grown person.
It's just awful, and the worst part is... for the victim's own safety, they just have to abandon the narcissist. They can't use their functional empathy on a narcissist, because the narcissist is a black hole. They will never heal and do the work to be better people. Narcissists are NOT normal people. There is no helping them, at least not for the common person. The only people who should be trying to help a legitimate narcissist is a trained psychological professional... period. Any "regular" person needs to get away from the narcissist, first and foremost. They are very dangerous to the psyche and the general health of their victims.
