Katie got in my subscriptions years ago and I can never seem to cancel. I find her wall of chipper speed yammering mildly hypnotic.
Somehow compelling and boring all at once. She can be funny though and I think she really is a sweetheart.
She's often mentioned her numerous psychological and diet issues. Lot of anxiety and gluten talk, and other allergies that make her unable to eat basically anything except processed food and meat.
I'm sure it's all contributed to her condition...not to mention living in a Yaris sleeping at truck stops and on couches for nine years.
You're right she does look great in the face, but the weight loss is concerning. She currently lives with family, so seems she's being taken care at least.
She is independent minded and I think does her own research, but she really could use some good help.
