Biotin and gelatin together... you will have no problem with nail and hair growth if you're a healthy person. Even if you're unhealthy, you'll still see growth in these areas, but be mindful of any blemishes that appear on the nails during growth, as these are indicators of other nutrients in which you may be deficient, or other issues that could be affecting your body in general. For example, if you're still stressed and don't deal with the things causing you stress so as to mitigate its effects from your life, you may be able to grow long hair when supplementing gelatin/biotin, but the hair may be gray... or the nails may grow, but they may have white spots, ridges, or any other blemish that is an indicator of residual issues that need to be addressed further.
