You have to devote time, many times per day, to cleaning yourself properly. It adds up over the course of the day, I'd say probably spending 30 minutes per day or more altogether just cleaning yourself.
Think about that, and then consider how busy people can be ON TOP OF maybe just NOT KNOWING HOW to REALLY keep themselves clean.
I am willing to bet that for real, we'd be shocked by how many people can't/don't do it.
