The "overnight" aspect of it is very suspicious... I wonder if there was something in a drink she had. Sounds like there's a neurological problem, but what's causing that? Electromagnetic interference? Maybe she drank something with a shit ton of heavy metals in it and now it's just sort of clogging her organs and causing interference.
I theorize that there could be an equilibrium problem, like the inner ear where issues with those tiny components of the body can cause balance problems.
When she was describing her symptoms, it sounded like some type of issue where there's a spiky bunch of particles running rampant in her body. Autoimmune disease does this kind of shit... I mean, arthritis is largely caused by uric acid buildup which literally is crystallized particles in the body. So... it's not out of the realm of possibility.
