So this guy worked on the Unix, AIX, and Solaris kernels. Founded a startup that wrote mainframe software. Founded another startup that could read people's e-mail to them over a flip phone.

I'm still not seeing how that qualifies him as an expert in social media forensics. He would have to work at an actual social media company or be a contractor for one to get experience at that.
