Sloan had a horrifying experience after recently moving to LA/Hollywood.
He is from VA, lived in FL for a while recently, then moved out to LA to be closer to connections or something, who knows.
I guess he didn't get the memo that people are LEAVING LA in absolute droves, headed for TX, ID, UT, etc. because violent crime has totally taken over west coast CA.
This is one recent news article that comes to mind about the totally out of control violence dominating southern CA these days...

Anyway, Sloan said that he was walking in a sketchy alley to get home and this guy started walking with him, propositioning him for sex, etc. He said he wasn't too scared, but then he got up to the gate of his (very nice) apartment to see a ~6'4" male clad in all black, the way he described it sounded like a gimp suit. He said the guy was standing by the entrance, just STANDING there, still. Most likely the two guys were in cahoots.
Sloan said he phoned the police and spoke to a totally disinterested dispatcher for about 2 minutes whilst yelling at the black clad man to get off the property. The police weren't gonna be sent and no help was gonna come from them at all, cuz defund the police, right? They don't have the resources to actually do any protecting of the citizenry, especially in a lost cause place like LA.
He said the guy finally just ran off and got into a nearby car, he didn't REALLY leave. He said he kept the guy who'd been walking with him at a distance and then after the other guy ran off, Sloan expressed concern to him and the guy replied along the lines of, "Oh he's gone now, but he knows where you live." That's not creepy at all, huh?
Definitely working together.
Sloan seemed to have his mind spinning in all directions thinking maybe they were after him because of his online work. I doubt that though. I think this type of shit is entirely commonplace in LA/CA in general at this point.
I left a comment telling him to get the fuck out of there and go back east.
Sloan is a gun owner typically and he's used to being able to defend himself. Hopefully he just gets the hell out of there.
But I COULD NOT BELIEVE how dumb the comment section was...
Comment after comment that looked like it was just copying what the other sheep had already said, dominated by statements like "So sorry this happened to you," and "This broke my heart." Nothing but absolutely useless, lemming bullshit from total drones.
I can't believe how dumb people are.
If Sloan wants to coordinate with other big creators in the YouTube community, he better move his ass to Texas like all the rest of them have.
