So Johnny Depp is overseas while the verdict will be read today in an hour or so...

Amber Heard will be in the courtroom when it's read.

This means most likely she'll win the case and she is fully aware of that.

It also means Johnny knows he's not going to win, and therefore he's on a getaway to deal with it preemptively.

That's how I interpret the situation, and it's just proof that the judicial system is a joke.

She wouldn't be there in the court today if she didn't have full confidence and assurance in victory.

Hate to say it but that's what it looks like.
