From his crazy fanbase to his family/homelife, he's surrounded by nothing but female input and I think he needs to work hard toward having healthy successful male friends, associates, role models etc. in his life.
He really needs balance there. He's got a lot riding on him and he needs to talk to some fellow dudes who understand, but who AREN'T crazy or losers.
