I'm sure that phase didn't really last all that long.
I most likely kept the TV on (exclusively TV Land channel) all day, but muted with music playing in the background instead.
I do remember hanging out in the living room and the kitchen watching classic TV in those rooms too, and I kept music playing in my bedroom a lot of times even when I wasn't in there.
