Whatever happened to him was not his fault, and his loved ones are not going to view him any differently when they find out about it.
I'm sure Leah would be very supportive and strong for him. She may be horrified and second-hand traumatized by finding out what her husband really went through... but once she gets past the anger and hurt on an empathic level, she'll be more than ready to stand by him during the time it takes for him to confront, heal, and grow strong.
