If you ask me, Elon is probably gonna end up jeopardizing his own dream because he's all obsessed with making progeny instead.
Too many irons in the fire, it's all just weird and people might turn against him. He needs to proceed with the whole reproduction thing in anonymity.
If the general public starts thinking he's some kinda freaked out weirdo, the tides are gonna turn on him and he'll risk setting back progress massively. He might just go down in history as the Tesla of Space.
