I get why he wants it and what he's looking for... your acquisitions scale with your bank account.
But this is one of those situations where he'd have been better off just starting his own site.
He needs to get into ultra protected web hosting, like hosting that is aimed at archiving the internet under conditions that could withstand EMPs.
He has the capability to start/host a platform and basically never be taken down or censored.
