Yeah Billy is sexy as fuck... one of the hottest mofos ever. But he wouldn't be worth the trouble of getting the bang on with... he's all stoic and super closed up when it comes to interpersonal love relationships. He's like a "tease" kinda person... both in the carrot dangling sense, AND in the "teased by school yard bullies" sense too. It'd be like dealing with your annoying kid brother who's always either saying snotty shit to you, or acting all quiet and huffy.
