17:28 he's right... it's dangerous to try and "DIY" 'To Catch a Predator' because the average Joe doesn't have an active/positive relationship with law enforcement. Some people think that being outed publicly/online is good enough, but I disagree. Most people aren't gonna see any of those videos where people are outed... it's not really gonna help all that much. The law needs to be involved.
