People who had some of his first gen kids (like Amber) will probably have to apply to the foundation/organization and shit like that, in order to get all the enrollment going and ultimately be recognized within that system (i.e., children fathered by Elon).
I'm thinking he really will get THAT industrious with it, just like he does with everything else. There is absolutely zero reason to believe otherwise.
