I feel like Stephi tried to settle around NC because she had friends and connections there, but I don't get the vibe that any of them are actually hanging out with her. That's always how it goes.
Mobile living CAN get tiring, I'm not saying it can't. But... a lot of that is just the driving around. If you could park it up at campsites (BLM, National Forests, etc.) for the typical 2 week window and keep moving around in the same general area, you wouldn't have to drive all that much when you started to get tired of it.
My philosophy is that if you have enough money? There's never a reason to stop living in your rig. Seriously... there really isn't. If you have the income, there's no reason not to do it forever.

You can walk away from ANYTHING... but you can't walk away from a child. All the legalities and the issues (there are nothing but issues and legalities with it) will cause you to be TRAPPED.
