It's a fucking energy vortex, either from the previous owners, the material the place is made of, or the geographical location it's sitting on.
Seriously, just close the damn vortex. You can't just open your vortex on top of an existing vortex and not expect there to be conflicts.
Close your vortex, flush out ALL vortexes on the property, then open yours back up.
