There have been rumors swirling that it's faked, but I think the better terminology for those rumors is "planned"... apparently people are saying that since Gabbie's been in a declining mental state for so long now, it was pretty much predictable that she'd have a full psychotic episode if she took psychedelics.
Basically people are suspicious that it was "planned" for her to actually trip her way into a psychotic episode for views. I personally think that "theory" is a fucking stretch. I mean hey...
