I've gained some weight and like 'stretchy' pants which are basically made out of that plastic stuff
not 'sweatpants/cottonblend' material. They're pretty porous; I think moisture wicking and inexpensive.
I have shorts but you can get them as pants and if you need more thermal layering you can by the
thermals made of nylon instead of the traditonal cotton/blend 'long-johns.' They're also hella easy to
clean in a sink and dry quickly in the sun compared to plant based clothing.
dollar store/dollar tree shampoo, a sink, less than two minutes of agitation and these things are clean and
smell good and dry in less than half an hour in mid-day sun.
