People are so dumb to think there are no consequences to slicing across the area of your face and wrenching the skin back.
The skin knows where it was before, and it knows where it is now. When it starts to sag, it will do its damnedest to get back to the position it was originally in, which means you'll look much worse than before.
Now factor in the beauty Claire had before this, and the fact that she still looked at least 10 years younger than she really was... and the total criminality of this act becomes even more apparent.
