He killed his mom because subconsciously he felt like she had FAILED him. He probably wanted to kill other innocent people to try and get back at folks he felt like had it better than him or never had to go through what he went through. He probably wanted to kill the PM because in his psychotic irrational state, he saw him as another authority figure who never fucking helped him.

I'm sorry, but there are VERY FUCKING SIMPLE psychological reasons for why he did what he did, but is anybody gonna ask him?? Probably not. Is anybody smart enough to ask the right questions? Probably not.
