It would be interesting if someone was able to do real research into the lot numbers. I've heard the theory from a few people including Alex Jones that the places having fewer side effects are the bigger cities where things were more chaotic with the handling of the shots, improper storage, etc. May have made some batches go bad or have reduced potency. So incompetence could have been good luck for some.
