Most of the time, the worse your genetics are, the more you want to have children...
It's a constant pursuit of "breeding up" in order to achieve better offspring.
Typically the people who don't want kids have better genetics...
And they're certainly not going to "breed down" with a genetic inferiority if they do decide to mate.
