In some of the documentaries and random video clips out there, I've noticed people getting bizarrely physically aggressive with Bob. Especially chicks. But even Johnny Cash did it.
Joan Baez seemed inclined toward that kinda behavior in certain situations. At 0:34 she was kinda being teased but you can tell by the way she handles that one guy, she's not afraid to grab a dude...
The best example has gotta be from Renaldo and Clara...

4:38 Fiona seems overtaken by the same kind of tendency, only she does it in an adorable and super wholesome way... it's actually one of my favorite clips from this documentary.

I think the chicks act this way with Bob because of his seemingly manageable stature. Maybe subconsciously they feel like they could dominate him because of his size. He took up boxing for fitness at some point, so I'm sure he learned some tricks. He's 5'7", often described as 'hobbit-like', I've heard a lot of random people describe him as small, call him a dwarf, say he looks homeless/like a bum.
In fact, Elton John thought Bob was the gardener when he showed up at one of his parties in the '80s...
