Parallels have been drawn between Bob's book and Quentin Tarantino's "Cinema Speculation" (2022).
Bob's book is basically just him commentating on several songs. Tarantino's book is commentary on several movies. Is any of this sounding familiar, cuz this is essentially what I've been doing on this site for years... but I digress.
I don't think there's any actual link between these books, at least not from a 'ghostwriting' or editing standpoint. There don't seem to be any connections from a content standpoint.
I don't have Tarantino's book, but I'm looking at the Amazon preview and I can see that the 'voice' of the writer and the punctuation etc. are completely different from Bob's book. Tarantino's looks tediously canon when it comes to punctuation and sentence structure. Not my style, personally. I have chosen to innovate when it comes to writing and not stick to the same old tired literary rules that I was subject to in past lives... like, bitch please, I'm not just jerking off riding The Wheel here, I believe in existential efficiency.
