Lookner is showing all the tweets begging for help and there are many people claiming they are abandoned, there's no help around, no rescue teams are showing up...
It's just really sad because this is a situation where quite literally EVERYONE is traumatized, EVERYONE is emotionally hysterical due to their loved ones either being dead or currently trapped and dying.
Their response of feeling abandoned is psychologically totally natural.
However, there simply is not enough help to go around. There are not enough resources to get help out to all of these thousands of collapsed buildings.
The state of war in the surrounding area has complicated collaborative rescue efforts.
That is not a coincidence.
But yeah, it's just awful the emotional state that these people are experiencing right now, and it's gonna lead to very bad things in that part of the world in the coming months and years.
No doubt that the "cleanup efforts" (which will pour in just in time to make sure most of the trapped are dead) will result in military occupation of the area by all interests who may use this situation as a power grab.
