I'm 50/50 about it at this point...
50% likely to be diversion from a ton of other important shit currently happening.
50% likely to be something which will eventually prove to be important.
It's probably diversion...
I mean the whole thing is pretty symbolic with the balloon stuff in general, just not sure what it means.
