I'd say in the summer, I want the temperature indoors at about 82.
In the winter, I think keeping it between 65-70 is good.
I think paying too much (regardless of the season) to condition the air in our oversized boxes that shield us from the glory of nature is just unacceptable and we have to start camping outdoors if we want to live healthier lives.
It's fine to have a house, but I think whenever the weather permits, we should be sleeping outside in the enclosure of our choice.
For some people, it's a big tent. For some people, it's a smaller tent. For some people, it's a screened in porch. For some people, it's a mosquito net tent. For some people, it's the sliced open carcass of a large, wild animal. For some people, it's simply a hammock.
Whatever fits your needs, get it, and get outside!
