I've been wanting some of that cheese with the red wax on it that they call hoop cheese. It was pretty popular back in the day, but you don't see it that much anymore. I know one store in town that has it, but that's quite a long drive just for a brick of cheese. It's a good, sharp, orange-colored cheese. My dad still eats it regularly.
