Back like 10 years ago I used to buy super cool baked goods from Etsy as Christmas presents, and they were just delicious.

It's understandable, I get it.
Just sucks that there's so much governmental control over even the most basic things people should be able to do.
I think that it should be like...
You can post photos of your cooking area and record your cooking practices/processes and upload it on YouTube or something...
Then people should be able to decide whether they wanna take the risk of buying from you or not, and just chance it.
We don't need the government a mile up our asses for every little thing.
