It's a great idea.
I want total freedom though...
There shouldn't be inspectors up our ass ever.
Realistically there has to be a meeting in the middle though, since there ARE real dangers associated with eating stuff that isn't cooked under good conditions.
There should be no requirements whatsoever besides having a health inspector come to your house maybe once or twice per year.
