As for the titles, those are bullshit... you can't buy a "royal" title, and the ones that are sold as gimmicks are not recognized by any type of officialdom anyway. So whatever Kelli thinks she has against the stalker in that regard, she's got nothin'.
Regardless, just one glance at the woman's YouTube channel/name shows that she is mentally unhinged. Just the same as people who call themselves "Lord and Savior" and "Jesus" and stuff like that.
