actually it's quite interesting with the foreign / unintelligible lyrics. it feels to me like it bypasses that mood based resonance. aphex has a great example using unintelligible lyrics sparingly:



no fucking clue what they're saying, but it's so fuckin catchy and i want to sing it. it's like the mind can't fully render what's being sensed but wants to, but can't, but wants to, SO FUCKIN JAM OUT TO IT YEAHHHHHHH
