Well, there's still the matter of where to put a Casio CT-X700 and a piano bench. My electronics lab will be in the bedroom, but I'll cross that bridge once I get the place livable.
No clutter. I just can't.
It looks like there's enough wasted floor space in the kitchen that they could've at least put in a small island, but I can't be sure until I see it in person. The prep table comes in different sizes, so I'll find one that fits.
