20:49 seems these planets in closer proximity to the sun all have mud floods every now and then.
The whole idea of the Tartaria "theory" is that these ancient, giant buildings and monuments (like the pyramids etc.) were half covered up by a huge mudflood.
For example, some people think the pyramids are just the tops of obelisks sticking out of the ground.
