It's ALL about hypnotism.
If the CIA doesn't have outstanding/pre-fame blackmail on their subjects (they usually don't), then they have to compromise them by creating their own.
But I've known of a few famous peeps who are pissed about never having been approached by the CIA for the purposes of being "in the club" and they're so dimwitted as to feel "not special enough" when the reality is that the CIA already has blackmail on them for some fucked up shit they did before they were famous, lmao!
