From what I recall of my past long hair situations...
Seems like my own terminal/max hair length is around 30 inches, which comes to right at the bottom (or middle??) of my hip bone.
I've read around forums where chicks are mega obsessed with the long hair, and a lot of times I see them measuring length and cheating with the taper...
Tapers don't fucking count. It needs to be cut straight across. They think holding onto that sad little taper makes their hair look "longer" but it genuinely does not.
The blunt straight across cut at the bottom gives the appearance of fullness which is much more important than whatever additional length you get from a taper.
