It's monumentally concerning that this keeps happening to her.
Hmmm...
So what are the lungs made out of??
What could be consumed that supports the structure of the lungs??
Let's see if we can find any answers...
Quote:The lungs are made of pseudostratified ciliated columnar epithelium.

Quote:Taking certain dietary supplements, including, vitamin C, vitamin D, magnesium, omega-3s, zinc, and selenium may also help promote lung health, especially among those with conditions that affect the lungs . . .

So the biggest thing that sticks out to me is the omega-3s...

Long story short, eat tons of fish.

Vitamin D is a pretty obvious one. People think things are all good if they're just supplementing, but you need the LIGHT of the SUN on your SKIN. Period.
Quote:collagen is the most important load-bearing component of the lung parenchyma

So from what I can see, omega-3s, collagen, and sunlight exposure are the top most promising things that could strengthen the actual tissue and structure of the lungs.

If she's vegan, she needs to give it up immediately, and get out in the sun. Fish, collagen, and sun.
I don't watch her videos anymore but when I saw the title of this one, I was just like come on...
There's gotta be a solution and as per usual, the answer/cure is in nature.
