It just never ends well as far as I've ever seen.
I would recommend landing some property in that ~50 mile radius of Flag, solely for the purpose of AirBnb parking places.
Such use of land on AirBnb will totally explode during the next few years.
Make your prices reasonable.
The biggest mistake people are making with their AirBnb camping properties is charging too much.
Renting a parking place in your driveway in towns/urban areas will also be a massive money maker in coming years.
