I think it means that there are largely sexual motivations behind murder...
And that means bisexual people present the biggest threat to everyone when it comes to murdering.
However I will say that LESBIANS, although females are rarely killers, when they DO kill, they be killin' ERRBODY!!!!!
Ain't nobody safe from getting killed by a lesbian.
That said, it's so rare for women to be killers that they're still the least of anybody's worries when it comes to getting murdered.
