There are a few different seasons of life, and a couple of them have nothing to do with reproduction...

Relationships are only about reproduction and therefore these other seasons of life suspend the human propensity toward relationships.

Those who make it into their latter seasons with their vitality still somewhat intact, and pursue relationships from that point??

The desire for reproduction is so deeply programmed into us that even after reproductive years, some people still want to have sex.
