Crocs needs to understand that people COLLECT Crocs.
They don't have to downgrade the material in hopes that the shoes will wear down faster and people will have to buy more.
They need to focus on releasing their best sellers in MORE COLORS with more FUN PATTERNS on them.
That's where the $$$ is.
People who get addicted to Crocs have like 10 pairs of them and they'll keep buying more if some new cute shit comes out.
Keep the quality and just deliver on the colors/designs.
