I was like why not just simply call it SAUCE?
I concluded it's because the concoction is strained...
It's all about the liquid rather than the material that was used to make it.
So if the mushrooms were left in for example, it'd be a sauce.

That video got me thinking though, fuck maybe tomatoes really are poisonous.
I've been dropping them from my diet in recent months and this just further solidifies my decision.
