Ivan, a salesman at SiteGround, said their GrowBig and GoGeek plans will both meet all my requirements. The YouTube guy said they're the fastest of the three, with 1.0 second page loads for WordPress sites vs. 1.4 or 1.6 seconds for the other two.

My site ain't no WordPress site. Everything was pretty fast with flat file caching on Bluehost, and it'll be fast as hell with memcached, which can be enabled with the flick of a switch in the SiteGround control panel.
